Ha HA! I am finally finished! 
Took me FOREVER to clean this image up. The smudges and marks from the original sketch were such a pain to get rid of when it came to the edges around Latias and Latios. Dx
Oh well, it's done. I think this might be my new featured deviation...cuz I'm really proud of this one.
But I'll still take critiques if any.
